Description
Summary:This qualitative study aims to identify and categorise interactive roles within a Malaysian tertiary drama classroom and examine the impact of virtual interaction on students' learning experiences. Employing focus group discussions as the data collection method, it involves 20 undergraduates of the Communication Through Drama course in Akademi Pengajian Bahasa, UiTM. The study is based on the Social Constructivist theory by Vygotsky (1962, 1978) and Project Zero's Visible Thinking approach identified by Ritchhart (2006). The findings demonstrate that implementing VT routines enhances students' interactive roles and communication skills. Despite the challenges, students embrace this more interactive and student-centred environment.
