Synthesis of thymidine phosphorylase inhibitor based on quinoxaline derivatives and their molecular docking study
We have synthesized quinoxaline analogs (1–25), characterized by 1H-NMR and HREI-MS and evaluated for thymidine phosphorylase inhibition.
