| الملخص: | Benign tumours of the submandibular glands are rare; among those that do occur, pleomorphic adenomas are the most common. Despite having been reported in several publications, giant pleomorphic adenoma of similar origin is extremely uncommon. These tumours are known to be painless, slow-growing, and long-standing. These patients tend not to seek out medical treatment, as the condition does no harm to them. We report on a case of giant pleomorphic adenoma of the right submandibular gland, and the management thereof. |
