The results indicated that the confidentiality and privacy significantly influence the customer's perception towards information security. Meanwhile for integrity, availability and verification is not a predictor of customer's perception towards information security. The findings of this study create awareness to bank on the importance of customer's perception towards information security in I-system and how bank could improve upon their internet banking system. This study is perhaps one of the first to address all the variables in a single setting in relation to perceived information security by customer. |
