Technology solution for crop planning is a digital innovation in conserving traditional crop varieties and achieving optimal yield. Solutions range from database-oriented crop decision support systems to big data analytics platforms. However, technological capability must match the situated stage of farmers' digital fluency and skill as traits of their digital culture for decision-making. This research presents a work to explore two aspects of the smart village crop planning application model, which are the pragmatic use of the prediction model and rural community as-is digital culture. As a result, a smart village crop planning application model recommends three components, crop predictor, collaborative tool, and ask expert application, to enhance farmer's crop planning decision-making culture.
