Summary:This study was conducted to determine the significant factors influencing OBE engagement among lecturers in the Faculty of Plantation and Agrotechnology. A closed-ended questionnaire was distributed to 51 respondents. The results revealed that knowledge is the most crucial factor influencing OBE engagement among lecturers, with a beta value of 0.780. Correlation analysis showed that the lecturer's knowledge, lecturer's implementation and the faculty's involvement have a linear positive relationship with the OBE engagement (p=0.001). Consistent faculty involvement in training also significantly influences the knowledge and implementation of OBE in the teaching and learning process since the value is less than 0.05.
