Summary:This paper reports work on the evaluation of IT artifacts in soft design science research. We believed that socio-technical concern could draw attention as a vital component in the development of a sustainable cultural heritage information system as social-technical system. Therefore, with social-technical concerned, the soft design science methodology is refined and IT artifacts for community based e-museum framework were constructed. The IT artifacts resulting from this research include constructs, methods, models and instantiations of Community based e-museum framework components. However, the evaluation of IT artifacts presented in this paper includes evaluation criteria in terms of completeness of methods that represents the components of community based e-museum framework.
