This study used a purposive sampling of 380 RMP located in Kedah. The finding reveals a correlation between work-life balance (time balance, organisational support and workload) and job performance. All hypotheses are accepted as a positive relationship exists between independent and dependent variables. Therefore, this study reveals that work-life balance impacts job performance.
