Description
Summary:This study examines the impact of students' motivation on burnout. A survey was conducted with 232 students to assess their motivation and burnout. The analysis reveals a positive relationship between the motivational, expectancy, and affective components towards burnout (exhaustion and disengagement) and supports the hypothesis. The findings suggest that interventions targeting motivational factors can potentially alleviate student burnout. The study emphasises the importance of addressing burnout and considering motivational, expectancy, and affective factors in developing interventions.
