Influence on Electrical Properties of Copper Doped Zinc Oxide and Polylactic Acid Composite Thin Films Using Immersion Method

The ZnO and Cu: ZnO powder were synthesized using immersion method, then ZnO/PLA an 0.5 at% Cu:ZnO/PLA composite thin films were prepared to create a triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs).
