However, the problem of insufficient support for sharing content and the unethical use of information system services has become a major concern highlighted in this study. The quantitative findings in this study show a correlation between the usage of Google Workspace and the Collaborative Learning Environment and a recommendation to upskill students with digital literacy skills and ethics of information use.
