This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework of Social Media Engagement in Academic Libraries to Advocate Participatory Service Towards a Dynamic Learning Community. In conclusion, the developed framework will propose the best library model, the best theory of social media engagement that merges with the best framework for the learning community.
