By illuminating these dynamics, policymakers and industry stakeholders can formulate strategies to bolster safety standards and optimize operational performance in the Malaysian logistics sector. Ultimately, this study underscores the imperative of integrating robust logistics safety practices into logistical operations to foster a safer and more productive working environment while simultaneously enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness.
