Therefore, this research adopts a quantitative research method that utilizes Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand the issue. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, IT infrastructure and individual experience with computers have significant impact. Thus, this research serves to inform public sectors by considering the identified factors.
