Summary: | This study investigates the retention of employees at a local commercial bank with a sample of 100. This study aims to assess flexible working arrangements, training and career development, compensation and benefits, and job and organisation fit that influence the retention of employees. This study found that only flexible working arrangements influence employee retention. The research findings assist respective bank management in formulating efficient human resource strategies. Understanding the variables that impact the retention of employees enables targeted interventions to improve employee happiness, engagement, and turnover rates. |
