This issue should be solved attentively to ensure that the image of the profession is uplifted. Qualitative methodology was used in this research. The solution to this issue can be found through the round table discussion among the stakeholders and marketing programs. All related skills in the information management position must be highlighted and vacancies should be advertised based on qualifications.
