This study investigates the correlation between social problem-solving skills and self-efficacy among young individuals using structured questionnaires in 89 participants. The results show that young individuals who evaluate the good and bad implications of the decision and analyse problems tend to exhibit higher self-efficacy while having a sense of inability to solve problems display lower self-efficacy. These findings may help educators and policymakers create interventions to empower young individuals to tackle challenges to strengthen self-efficacy and overall well-being.
