Hence, this paper assesses local authorities' roles in urban agricultural practices in strata housing. This study used semi-structured interviews with City Council Y's COB Manager. The findings show that local authorities can promote urban agriculture by creating policies and regulations and allocating public resources and funding. Urban agriculture in strata housing leads to resilient urban environments.
