This paper deals with the primary cause of mortality in society which is heart disease. Neglecting this disease will expose you to incredibly serious risks and consequences. The factors that contribute to the increment of mortality are lifestyle and lack of awareness in society. Heart disease can strike anyone, regardless of age or gender. What makes it different is the risk level of each factor. Due to that, an awareness campaign towards this disease must be taken seriously so that early diagnosis of this disease can be made to avoid harmful scenarios. Thus, HealthyHeart comes to the rescue, where the features included in this dashboard are predictive models using machine learning to predict heart conditions. To complete the dashboard, Agile methodology has been used with the OSEMN model which focuses on the public user needs. Finally, the finding shows that HealthyHeart is a good dashboard as it provides information about users' heart disease risk assessment and added information that can help them to get educated about heart disease and its risk. By knowing this knowledge, people will be aware of their health and take a precautious step to prevent and maybe reduce heart disease cases. © 2023, Semarak Ilmu Publishing. All rights reserved.
