總結:This study seeks to investigate the variables that influence the students’ satisfaction and continuance intention to use Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) as the online learning platform post-COVID 19 pandemics. Due to the popularity of online learning after the pandemic, it is necessary to look more closely at selected online learning platforms, particularly in terms of their performance and ability to meet learners’ demands. This study employs a structural equation model to analyze 107 valid samples gathered through online questionnaires by integrating the Delone and McLean (D&M) information systems (IS) success model, expectation-confirmation model (ECM), and service quality factor. The empirical findings showed that system quality has a significant impact on perceived usefulness, learning satisfaction and continuance intention in using MS Teams as an online learning platform. However, the perceived usefulness is statistically insignificant with learning satisfaction, which contradicts with previous studies which indicated that perceived usefulness is a significant contributing factor of users’ satisfaction. © The Author(s).
