The website is a popular type of information system that has been used by many organisations including the non-profit. Thus, the website is an important communication medium that widely used to deliver information to their stakeholders in many sectors. The main purpose of this study is to validate an instrument based on website quality construct from the Delone and McLean Model. The CFA validation included three constructs namely information, system and service quality. The study collected 269 valid responses from all the ten NPO website users. The finding indicated that four items were deleted from 12 items each in information and system quality. While nine items were deleted from 17 items in service quality. The Cronbach's Alpha value for the pilot test was from 0.917 to 0.945. While the Cronbach's Alpha value for the real data collection was from 0.884 to 0.899. The initial amount of items was 41, however after the CFA validation, the items settled at 24 for 3 variables. It can be concluded that in general, the items in this study, were valid and reliable to estimate all three constructs. Therefore the modified CFA model was able to represent in the second level (measurement model) of specifying and validating the constructs in SEM analysis. © 2018 Author(s).
