Summary: | The right to education, as a fundamental right of citizens stipulated in the Chinese Constitution, should be effectively guaranteed. The right to education for college students, as an important component of the right to education, should also be given due attention. In recent years, there has been some progress in the legalisation of the protection of the right to education for Chinese university students, but there are still shortcomings. Based on the reference and absorption of existing research results, this article uses comparative analysis, substantive analysis, and value analysis to analyse the issues of the right to education in universities from the perspective of mental health law, in order to safeguard the right to education of college students and clarify the relationship between students and universities. © 2024, Scibulcom Ltd..
