The research “Bridging Worlds: Envisioning a Sustainable Future through CSR in Developing Countries” investigates the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to encourage sustainable development within developing countries’ socioeconomic frameworks. This study intends to understand the complex dynamics between CSR activities and their effects on sustainable development objectives by conducting a thorough analysis of current literature, including comparative studies, in-line analyses, and statistical evaluations. Approach: The approach includes a systematic evaluation of secondary data from a variety of academic papers, reports, and case studies to assess the efficacy and extent of CSR efforts. This methodology enabled a holistic examination of how CSR is implemented in different sectors and areas, emphasizing the impact of cultural, legislative, and economic variables on CSR strategies and results. Results: The study's results show that CSR activities, when adequately matched with local needs and global sustainability goals, may greatly contribute to social fairness, environmental conservation, and economic development in developing nations. However, the efficacy of these programs is heavily dependent on the contextual implementation of CSR methods, which takes into account the particular difficulties and possibilities inherent in each region. The study also emphasizes the role of legislative frameworks and company governance in increasing the effectiveness of CSR initiatives. Conclusion: “Bridging Worlds: Envisioning a Sustainable Future through CSR in Developing Countries” emphasizes the critical role that CSR plays in attaining sustainable development in poor countries. The report emphasizes the need of having a detailed grasp of local settings and strategically integrating CSR into corporate operations as significant drivers of good transformation. It also advocates for more cooperation among firms, governments, and civil society to promote sustainable practices that may close the gap between economic progress and social and environmental responsibility. Despite its limitations, this study gives vital insights into CSR's ability to contribute to a more sustainable and equitable global future, setting the path for further research and implementation of successful CSR practices in countries that are developing. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.
