This study aims to assess the importance of several groups of people and hadith experts' perspectives pertaining to the Malaysian scenario and determine their exact rank and weightage in the Malay Translated Hadith Expert Judgment (MTHEJ) using Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR). The weightage then will be used as a variable in the calculation process of Expert Judgment Z-Numbers as a Ranking Indicator for the Malay Information Retrieval System (MIR). The Malay Translated Hadith Expert Judgment is crucial in order to determine the hadith document's authenticity and relevance according to the query supplied from the user in MIR. There are five categories of people namely 'Normal User', 'Certificate and Islamic School', 'Diploma and Degree', 'Master', 'Ph.D.' involved in this assessment. Based on the obtained data, the seven-step computations which adapt from state-of-the-art references are applied to evaluate the weightage of their Expert Judgment and rank them. The finding showed that the 'Ph.D.' category has the highest rank and weightage, thus becoming the most important group in MTHEJ. © 2024 IEEE.
