Description
Summary:The heavy reliance on Internet technology in daily activities influences the increase in digital criminals, such as online scammers. This trend negatively impacts society because most of them face financial loss. Cybersecurity awareness should be implemented to prevent this problem, including in an indigenous society. One approach that can be used to instil cybersecurity awareness is through interactive education games, especially among pupils, because fun elements exist that can attract them to learn while playing. The objective of this study is to survey the experience of indigenous pupils in playing an interactive education game called Cybersecurity Fun Race to enhance cybersecurity awareness. The scope of this study focuses on measuring respondents' experience while playing the Cybersecurity Fun Race and their experience concerning cybersecurity awareness. This study uses descriptive analysis to analyze the survey. Seventy-one indigenous pupils between 13 and 16 years old participated in this study. They need to answer all 23 questions in this study. The study results show that most participants agree that the Cybersecurity Fun Race can increase cybersecurity awareness among participants. They also feel that this game is fun, and most are satisfied. © 2024 Owner/Author.
