Description
Summary:Water quality is the most vital component influencing fish well-being and execution in aquaculture generation frameworks. Good water quality refers to a suitable condition for pond fish production. The main problem with the fishpond water quality is that the fishpond owner can't detect the problem in the water that could affect the condition of the fish. This project aims to investigate the relationship between dissolved oxygen and temperature in the fishpond. The research involved the use of sensors for measuring dissolved oxygen and temperature. The sensors were connected to the Arduino Mega 2560 to obtain the output of the data from the sensors that were assembled at the fishpond. For this project, research was done to make sure that the condition of the water becomes neutral and suitable for the fish to live. It also helps the reproduction of the fish become larger. As a result, the relationship between the two parameters can be observed and monitored. The results indicate that during the daytime, the dissolved oxygen and temperature values were 29.88°C and 7.57 mg/L, respectively. At nighttime, the values remained the same at 29.88°C and 7.57 mg/L. In conclusion, this research showed that the condition of the parameters in the water would affect the reproduction of the fish and make sure that their fish can stay healthy. © 2024 IEEE.
