This study only focuses on womenprenuers who are involved in digital businesses. In addition, this study also employed the ADDIE model to develop the training workshop for empowering womenprenuers to improve their competencies and business performance. The interviews were used as research instruments and involved twenty-two informants. Data were evaluated using thematic analysis. The findings have categorised the training need into seven main themes: financial management, information and communication technology (ICT), marketing, customer service management, motivation, communication skills, and business management. These themes represent the training skills required by the informants. The researchers have used the information to develop womenpreneurs training workshops. The target participants are exposed to various entrepreneurship skill sets. The research implications, limitations, and future research recommendations were also highlighted. © 2024, IGI Global.
