These new curricula introduce the use of lughatul fasli (language of classroom management) in teaching and learning. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the e-Lughatul Fasli mobile application for managing Arabic language classrooms. The obtained data were analysed with the Fuzzy Delphi technique. To analyse the fuzziness consensus, a set of usability questionnaires were disseminated to 12 experts who were selected using a purposeful sampling technique. It was discovered that the e-Lughatul Fasli received a high proportion of expert agreement regarding its usability. All usability items have attained unity with a threshold value of d 0.2, and the proportion of experts in agreement exceeds 80%. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
