This paper presents the development and evaluation of E-Fresh, an M-commerce application designed to assist small-scale farmers in marketing their agricultural products. The study aims to investigate the criteria for M-commerce apps among small-scale farmers, specifically tailored for the agricultural industry, and evaluate its ease of use and usefulness. An app was developed using Android Studio, incorporating user preferences and requirements gathered through interviews with 8 young agropreneurs recommended by the Pahang State Department of Agriculture. The findings indicate positive feedback regarding the innovative E-Fresh Mobile App, highlighting its potential to improve the quality management of sales and product purchases for small-scale farmers. The app provides a platform for farmers to sell their products and support their financial stability. The development of E-Fresh aims to empower small-scale farmers in the agricultural sector and enhance their marketing capabilities through the utilization of mobile technology. © 2024 AIP Publishing LLC.
