The findings indicate positive feedback regarding the innovative E-Fresh Mobile App, highlighting its potential to improve the quality management of sales and product purchases for small-scale farmers. The app provides a platform for farmers to sell their products and support their financial stability. The development of E-Fresh aims to empower small-scale farmers in the agricultural sector and enhance their marketing capabilities through the utilization of mobile technology. © 2024 AIP Publishing LLC.
