The purpose of this research is study the deposition of ZnO nanostructures on cotton textile. Spin coating technique was applied to deposit the ZnO on cotton textile due to simple and cheap deposition method in thin film fabrication. Different ZnO thickness were applied in the deposition process to study its effect on the surface morphology and electrical properties. From the FE-SEM images, it is observed that the surface of the cotton textiles are fully covered with spherical-like ZnO nanoparticles. While the I-V characteristics showed that the ZnO nanoparticles are conductive on the cotton textile, and can be used as wearable textile. © 2024 IEEE.
