Since then, a variety of construction projects have used the IBS framework when they need to be done quickly, precisely, and with a lot of repetition. In addition to looking at human variables that may hinder supply chain integration’s ability to complete projects on time in the building construction industry, this study will also look at project-related issues that may delay project completion. To gather data about the main cause of IBS building construction projects’ delays, a questionnaire was employed as the main method. The primary goal is to discover human factors that influence supply chain integration throughout the development of IBS projects. SmartPLS is used to analyse data and create a framework for determining the relationships between each indicator and the selected variables. The analysis's findings showed that organisational human factors significantly affect the establishment of a framework that affects the operation and course of action of the targeted IBS project. By identifying the contributing reasons to this problem, IBS stakeholders will be better equipped to handle any situations that may arise as IBS construction progresses forward. It will enable adjustments to be made to work processes that will hasten IBS building construction project performance, especially in terms of project duration.
