NodeMCU controls all the received data and processes all the obtained data to provide a suitable response for the output. The prototype comes with an online system that displays the sensor values and gives notification when the measured values are not optimal. Blynk software platform is used to develop the online system. This work is expected to address the problem of foodborne diseases and food wastage. © 2024 IEEE.
