Description
Summary:A prototype of a food quality monitoring system is designed and developed to ensure the quality and safety of food. Internet of Things (IoT) technology is used to monitor the condition of food quality based on the monitored factors. Sensors are integrated into the system to collect data such as temperature, humidity, and alcohol content. NodeMCU controls all the received data and processes all the obtained data to provide a suitable response for the output. The prototype comes with an online system that displays the sensor values and gives notification when the measured values are not optimal. Blynk software platform is used to develop the online system. This work is expected to address the problem of foodborne diseases and food wastage. © 2024 IEEE.
