The Implication of Positive Aging Among Older Generation

Currently, there is a growth in the older generation which has increased its population. Nevertheless, despite a higher population, there are still many that do not have a better quality of life. Research relates the positive aging process with better quality of life among the older generation. Therefore, this study was done to examine the implications of positive aging among the older generation. This study was conducted qualitatively by analysing the data retrieved from four distinctive websites and all of which were secondary data sources. From the analysis, it is found that there are several implications of positive aging among the older generation which are longer life expectancy, being physically fit, having a good memory, good health condition, mentally good and providing a better sense of control and well-being. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
