The new normal is taking over the way of doing things including in real estate business dealings. The pandemic challenges have required new strategy and opportunity to be implemented to sustain the estate agency performance in real estate industry. Therefore, the research objectives are identifying the challenges face by estate agents and to assess the challenging challenges during pandemic COVID-19. The methodology includes literature review and synthesis to explore the current situation of pandemic challenges. The challenges found through the exploration of literature search formed the evidence of the pandemic disruptions in estate agency practice. Another perspective of the content analysis focused on assessing the challenging challenges of the estate agency in accordance with the second research objective. As a conclusion, content analysis on the related literature provides insight for the arousal of new strategies and opportunities to sustain the estate agency performance in real estate industry during COVID-19 pandemic. © 2023, Construction Research Institute of Malaysia.
