Summary:This article focuses on the discussion on the four factors affecting career adapt abilities (CAA) of students. These four factors are professional awareness, implementation ability, curiosity attitude, confidence level in the academic setting. This study engaged a survey of on Career Adapt Abilities among Preservice Physics Students of Teacher Education. PLS-SEM method was utilized by using Smart-PLS version 4. The findings of the study have confirmed that these four factors, namely professional awareness (PA), implementation ability (IA), curiosity attitude (CA) and confidence level (CL) were having positive and significant effects on career adapt abilities (CAA) of the students. There are no moderating effects of socio-demographic characteristics on the proposed model in this study. Therefore, related implications and suggestions are proposed to help in enhancing the level of career adapt abilities (CAA) of the students. © 2023 IEEE.
