Description
Summary:Lean management practice is increasing among TVET institutions. However, its adaptation among TVET institutions remains a new concept and is at its early stage. Hence, this study aims to investigate and perform confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to the lean management construct measurement model. A survey on lean management practices was distributed to the 240 top management in Malaysian TVET institutions. The results show that four constructs are acceptable for further analysis which suggests that a holistic approach by all relevant parties, including administrators and management, is needed to provide continuous support to maximize lean in TVET institutions. © 2023 IEEE.
