A CLASS OF UNCERTAIN NASH EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEM BASED ON CLARKE GENERALIZED GRADIENT APPLIED TO SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

In this paper, we develop an uncertain supply chain network equilibrium model to tackle uncertainties in supply chain management, encompassing challenges like raw material price fluctuations, transportation delays, lost goods, and natural disasters. It is possible to cast the model as an Uncertain N...

In this paper, we develop an uncertain supply chain network equilibrium model to tackle uncertainties in supply chain management, encompassing challenges like raw material price fluctuations, transportation delays, lost goods, and natural disasters. It is possible to cast the model as an Uncertain Nash Equilibrium Problem(UNEP). In a non-empty compact space, a class of Clarke generalized gradient functions with outer semi-continuous closed integrability is chosen. Based on the Riemann-Stieltjes discrete approximation, it is difficult to compute the expectation value of a nonsmooth optimal value function in an UNEP. However, by introducing a first-order equilibrium condition for the UNEP, we obtain the existence of an UNEP solution. It is possible to cast the model as an uncertain Nash equilibrium problem. Consequently, this improves supply chain efficiency, reduces costs and maintains a competitive advantage. © 2024 Yokohama Publications. All rights reserved.
