This research proposed a novel approach to using questionnaires to collect high-quality data, especially in digital platforms. The research shows how to assess user experience (UX) by integrating the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) framework in the context of mobile banking applications in Malaysia. The study integrates both open-ended and closed-ended questions, validates the questionnaire through informational interviews, and implements trap questions to identify insincere responses. The research also adapts the questionnaire for digital platforms, such as Google Forms and Microsoft Forms, to ensure comprehensive accessibility and speed up data collection. The findings of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of questionnaires as a versatile research tool and provide valuable insights for improving questionnaire design and administration practices. © 2023 IEEE.
