This paper proposes developing an innovative system for laundry services, focusing on integrating online self-service to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations for laundry service providers the study begins with a comprehensive literature review, exploring the landscape of laundry service platforms, identifying gaps in existing systems, and analyzing technological advancements and customer preferences the proposed system is designed with a user-centric approach, offering customers a user-friendly interface for scheduling pickups, real-time tracking of orders, and secure payment options the system features AI-based algorithms for customer self-service optimization and resource utilization for laundry service providers, leading to streamlined operations and cost reduction the development process follows a waterfall model, allowing for iterative improvements based on feedback from user acceptance testing. Anticipated benefits of the proposed system include enhanced customer satisfaction, increased operational efficiency, and a competitive edge for laundry service providers the research demonstrates the potential of the system to transform the laundry service industry by providing customers with convenience and laundry businesses with optimized operations. © 2023 IEEE.
