Description
Summary:Fisheries productivity and quality, which are affected by factors such as pH and water turbidity, are essential for sustainable practices. Freshwater fish farmers, especially in Banyumas village, face challenges such as frequent diseases related to water quality and feed types that affect water clarity. Such challenges can lead to significant losses and potential bankruptcy if not addressed. Therefore, we propose an IoT-based SMART Kontrol application to help the farmers. This system, which aims to improve business efficiency and prevent budget deficits, consists of hardware and software components. The hardware includes sensors for field data collection, data input devices, data transmission to a data center, and an output system that can be accessed through a PC, laptop, or smartphone. © 2023 IEEE.
