Summary: | This paper presents a study on the initial investigation of the human body Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) between adults and children for the chakra region using a frequency detector. Frequency data were recorded from 32 children from several kindergartens with an age range between 3-12 years old and 30 adults from Universiti Teknologi MARA's students with an age range between 20-25 years old. The human body EMR frequencies (in MHz) were captured at 7 chakra points on the volunteer's body. The data were collected 5 times at each point and the average frequency was calculated. The measurements were made in a controlled environment to reduce uncontrollable variables. Microsoft Excel was used to evaluate the data analysis. The collected data were analyzed by converting all the average frequencies into color and categorizing the human health score, each color reflecting the physiological state of the samples. The data were analyzed in two parts- overall frequency analysis and body segmentation analysis. The results demonstrated statistically significant differences at a certain measured point between adults and children. Consequently, adults have higher EMR for the chakra system than children which can lead to significant differences. In addition, for the health analysis, adults score excellent categories while the children fall in good condition. The findings of this research also show that for both groups, the upper body segment of the chakra system generates higher EMR than the middle and lower parts of the body. © 2023 IEEE.
