Description
Summary:One of the elective courses available to undergraduate Electrical Engineering Education is robotics. The learning outcomes of this course is to be able designing a robot. Then, it is necessary to design Edu-kit for teaching arm robots in industrial control systems, particularly in the areas of data transfer protocols. The purpose of developing this Edu-kits is to introduce how to program robot with protocol data. The Edu-kit is accomplished with product of arm robot prototype and job sheets. The product and job sheet are validated by two exerts regarding to media and material side. The Edu-kit product's validation results can be satisfied for 92.36% of the media's indicators and 95.66% of the material's indicators. Regarding the validation of work sheets, the findings indicate that 91.37% and 93.06% of the material's indicator and 93.35% and 96.53% of the media's indicator, respectively, are fulfilled. Furthermore, the use of product and job sheets are evaluated. In case of product trial, 90.50% and 91.29% of the participants were stated that the product was eligible. Then, the job sheets and the product were implemented and the eligibility percentages were 90.54% and 90.89%, respectively. It's indicate that the product and job sheet's feasibility level are high valid to be used. © 2023 IEEE.
