Thermal comfort in a classroom is crucial and essential in a student's life as it may affect learning and academic achievement. Students spend most of their time at school and in class. Therefore, the thermal comfort in the classroom must be considered carefully because of the strong negative influence that an unsatisfactorily thermal environment may have on learning and students' performance. This study was conducted to assess the student's satisfaction and perceived performance towards indoor thermal comfort in the classroom in one of the secondary schools in Northern Malaysia, MRSM Parit. A questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was used in this study, whereby Google Form acts aa s data collection tool since the distribution and filling out were conducted online. Two hundred eighty-nine students aged between 14 to 17 years old completed the survey. Data from the research were analyzed by using SPSS Statistic Version 26.0. This study's findings indicate a strong relationship between thermal comfort parameters and students' satisfaction but a moderate association with students' perceived performance. © 2023 Author(s).
