Description
Summary:The Unified Power Quality Controller (UPQC) can successfully decrease and enhance impact and non-linear load pollution. The inverter is managed mostly by UPQC control. For the UPQC shunt APF module (SAPF), an Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) was created to take the role of the conventional PI controller. Overshoot, tracking error, and the disruptive effects of unbalanced loads can all be effectively controlled by employing ADRC for voltage control. The UPQC control systems with PI as the controller and the UPQC control system with ADRC as the controller are created, and the Matlab simulation program is used to confirm the accuracy and superiority of the system. The simulation results show that the UPQC system with ADRC as the controller has smaller overshoot in the control process, better voltage tracking effect, smaller output current and voltage ripples, and less harmonics. The system's anti-interference ability compared with the system using PI as the controller, it is stronger and has better steady-state performance. © 2023 IEEE.
