Measurement of the Plasma Parameters Using the Stationary Method in a Resonant Cavity

in this paper, a new method based on the stationary technique is proposed for the measurement of the plasma parameters in a plasma column using a resonance cavity. The results show that this method provides more accurate results for the measurement of the plasma and collision frequencies in a plasma...

in this paper, a new method based on the stationary technique is proposed for the measurement of the plasma parameters in a plasma column using a resonance cavity. The results show that this method provides more accurate results for the measurement of the plasma and collision frequencies in a plasma column with respect to the perturbation method. The procedure of the method is presented in this study and the method is validated using a numerical simulation. © 2023 European Association for Antennas and Propagation.
