Summary: | This study objectives are to enhance the understanding of relationship between the transformational leadership on organizational innovation. This framework is proposing to identify the transformational leadership influencing effect in the organizational innovation. A sample of 120 respondent from one of the established Aero Composites Company at Malaysia participated in this research. The result of the study is expected positive support relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation. The result of the transformational leadership not only give a significant impact to the process innovation within the organization but in the same time the sustainability of the innovation in driven the better organization management in the competitive market. Only three transformational leadership is considered in the research project which is idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration in the context of aero composites industries generally.
