The traditional energy saving and carbon reduction assessment and analysis model for farmland arrangement project has mismatched description indexes, and the reconstruction of assessment index system can provide some support for farmland arrangement project, for which the assessment index system is redesigned and an energy saving and carbon reduction assessment and analysis model for farmland arrangement project is established to evaluate the effect of farmland arrangement project. According to the carbon emission in farmland cultivation, the new carbon reduction assessment index system is constructed, the carbon change in the farmland arrangement project is calculated, the weights of each index in the system are determined, the overall assessment process of the model is planned, and the assessment results of the model are finally analyzed. © 2022 SPIE.
