Intangible cultural art is an ancient life memory and living cultural gene of a nation, which embodies the collective wisdom and emotional spirit of the nation. The dissemination of intangible culture and art has important practical significance. There are several main ways of dissemination: personal dissemination, physical dissemination, dissemination through mass media, and new media dissemination. The computer 3D technology transmits the non-heritage culture and art in a complete and dynamic manner; it increases the repetition rate of the transmission of the non-heritage culture and art, and can also better complete the training and guidance for the inheritors. © 2022 IEEE.
