Description
Summary:The management of public projects in Malaysia often faces the problem of delays in the completion of project. It is now a common phenomenon in the construction industry, especially for public projects from Implementation Coordination Unit in Malaysia. The delay is considered serious since there are projects that were not completed or abandoned. Most of the delays in completing the project are due to the problems faced by contractors and consultants including ineffective monitoring and managing [1]. The failure to complete the project has given a lot of negative impacts on the implementation of the project [2]. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.. All rights reserved.
